ORDERS

Please let us know if goods are needed by a particular date. Every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly. Goods will normally be sent out, subject to stock availability and confirmed payment, usually within 1 to 3 days of receipt of order. Please note that there is a minimum order value of £3.50 on this site.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Postage and Packing: Orders are sent First Class by Royal Mail within the UK, however, magazines are sent under separate cover direct from the publisher.

Shipping Costs:

spend £03.51 - £29.99 postage will be charged at £3.95

spend £30.00 - £49.99 postage will be charged at £4.95

spend £50.00 - £74.99 postage will be charged at £5.95

International Shipping

Cloth Magazine postage International is £2.00

Postage to other countries is charged at cost. Please note that outside the EU, you may be responsible for customs and duty on your order.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

If we have sent the wrong item in error we will refund or replace, and pay for the return postage of the item. To return goods, please package securely and send to: Mrs J A Kennedy, Crafts on the Web, 14 Whitleigh Avenue, PLYMOUTH, Devon, PL5 3BQ, UK.

FAULTY GOODS

We take great care to ensure the quality of the products we supply, but should they prove to be faulty we will replace or refund the value of the goods in full. Faulty or damaged goods should be reported immediately and no later than 24 hours after delivery. All faulty/damaged goods should be returned within 7 days. Once received, replacement goods will be promptly dispatched free of any further charges. We shall refund the cost of return postage.
